Vishishta Innovators Pvt Ltd - Industrial Training Program

Terms and Conditions

This agreement is entered into between Vishishta Innovators Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and the student participating in the industrial training program (hereinafter referred to as "Student").

1. Program Duration: The industrial training program shall commence on [start date] and conclude on [end date]. The training period is fixed at six months unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.

2. Eligibility: The student must be enrolled in a diploma program in [relevant field] and should have completed [mention any specific academic requirements]. The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility criteria.

3. Registration Process: To enroll in the training program, the Student must submit the following documents:

• Full Name

• College Name and PIN

• College Official Request Letter

• College ID Card

4. Training Schedule: The Company will provide the Student with a schedule outlining the training activities, projects, and any additional responsibilities. The schedule may be subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated in advance.

5. Code of Conduct: The Student agrees to adhere to the Company's code of conduct, including but not limited to:

• Professional behavior

• Confidentiality and non-disclosure of proprietary information

• Respect for company policies and procedures

6. Obligations of the Company: The Company agrees to provide the Student with:

• Necessary training materials

• Supervision and mentorship

• A conducive learning environment

7. Obligations of the Student: The Student agrees to:

• Actively participate in all training activities

• Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner

• Follow the guidelines and instructions provided by the Company

8. Certification: Upon successful completion of the training program, the Company will issue a certificate to the Student. The issuance of the certificate is contingent upon satisfactory performance and compliance with the terms of this agreement.

9. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate the training program at any time if the Student fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

10. Miscellaneous: Any amendments or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

By signing below, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of the industrial training program.
