Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in the internship program offered by Vishishta Innovators Pvt. Ltd. By enrolling in the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Internship Description:
   a. Vishishta Innovators Pvt. Ltd offers a free-of-cost internship program in the fields of PCB Design, Embedded systems and IoT.
   b. The program includes 35-40 hours of on-demand sessions and hands-on experience with the Internship Practice Kit.
   c. To successfully complete the program, students are required to purchase a practice kit from Online Platforms (Flipkart or Meesho).

2. Enrolment Process:
   a. To enroll in the internship program, students must complete the registration process on our internship portal.
   b. By enrolling, students confirm that all the information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
 

3. Practice Kit: 

   a. To participate in the hands-on experience sessions, students are required to purchase a practice kit from Online Platforms .   

   b. Vishishta Innovators PVT Ltd will provide details regarding the practice kit.

4. Intellectual Property:
   a.  All course materials, resources, and content provided by Vishishta Innovators Pvt. Ltd during the internship program are protected by intellectual             property rights.
   b. Students may use the course materials for personal use only and may not distribute, modify, or reproduce them without explicit permission from                Vishishta Innovators Pvt. Ltd.

5. Communication:
   a. Vishishta Innovators Pvt. Ltd may contact students via gmail or through the internship portal regarding program updates, announcements, or other          relevant information.
   b. Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring that they regularly check their email and the internship portal for          updates.

6. Limitation of Liability:
   a. Vishishta Innovators Pvt. Ltd will make every effort to provide accurate and reliable information during the internship program.
   b. However, Vishishta Innovators Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.
   c. Vishishta Innovators Pvt. Ltd.  Shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or                        inability to use the internship program or any information provided therein.

7. Termination:
   a. Vishishta Innovators Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to terminate the internship program or a student's participation in the program at any time and for            any reason.
   b. Students may also choose to withdraw from the program by notifying Vishishta Innovators Pvt. Ltd in writing.

8. Governing Law:
    a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Govt. of India ]. Any disputes arising from or                       related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guntur.
    b.  By enrolling in the internship program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
